Maintenance - Set Password help page

By pressing the Set Password Button you are initiating the process of setting a new logon password for your Account Tracker Database.
The Maintenance form uses a method called "Single Focus Input" for many of its processes. This means that when one of these processes are started the focus is concentrated on the single input box. Most of the other controls on the page are disabled and the cursor is placed at the point of the single focus. You can exit these processes by pressing the escape ('ESC') key.
In this case setting the Database password uses this method and initially asks for the old or current password to be input.
In this image map click on the blank Password entry box to simulated typing in your new password and pressing 'Enter'.

The New Password Input Box

If you have typed in the correct current password the New Password input box is displayed.

Now, a new input box appears below the first and the instructions change to ask for a password confirmation. This is the Confirmation password input box.
Once again if you want to make sure you are typing what you think you are typing you can double click in the input boxes to display the hidden passwords. Also at this point you can still decide to not change the password by pressing the 'Esc' key.
