The Security Question and Answer have been entered

Well done! The security Question and its answer have been entered. Now you have a choice to add another question and answer pair to this entry (press Another) or complete the process by pressing Done. In an effort to speed up multiple entries the Another button becomes the default button as soon as you start typing in the answer. This allows you to press Enter when you typed the answer and immediately start entering the next question. You could press cancel which won't do anything different than pressing Done at this point. Or you could uncheck Current. This would have the effect of deleting the just entered data.
Press "Done" to simulate completing the entry of the Question and answer.
